The Exeter Inn is located within the historic district of Exeter, near the campus of the renowned Phillips Exeter Academy.  The Inn is within easy walking distance to a variety of museums, specialty shops and parks. 

We are also within a short driving distance to the Seacoast and Mountains.  Boston’s Logan Airport is 1 hour away, Manchester Airport is just 30 minutes away and Pease International Tradeport in Portsmouth, NH is located 15 minutes away.

• 101 East
• Take Exit 9
• Right off the exit (Route 27)
• Go about 1 ½ miles
• Turn right onto Lincoln Street (landmarks: RR tracks & Citgo gas station)
• At stop sign, take a left onto Front Street
• The Inn will be on your right

Directions from Mass. (from the South)

• 95 North
• Exit 2 (Exeter, Hampton)
• 101 West
• Take Exit 11
• Turn left off the exit onto Portsmouth Ave.
• Right at the last light, this brings you into the center of Exeter
• Left at the Bandstand in the center of town
• The Inn is about 3/4 of a mile up on the Left

Directions from Maine (from the North)

• 95 South
• Exit 2 (Exeter, Hampton)
• 101 West
• Take Exit 11
• Turn left off the exit onto Portsmouth Ave.
• Right at the last light, this brings you into the center of Exeter
