The facility fee is $15 + tax nightly. 

Facility Fee Inclusions:

Convenience Fee: We impose a convenience fee of 0.5% on the amount of all card transactions.

Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby everyday from 5:30 am – 1100 am and there is also keurigs in every guest room. 

Phillips Exeter Academy Red Trail is a short 5-minute drive from the Inn. This trail is a 2.7-mile moderately trafficked loop trail that features a river and is good for all skill levels.

Yes! We offer tesla charging stations for $15 / charge. 

Upon check-in, the Front Desk authorizes an additional $50 hold on a credit/debit card for incidentals.
Pre-paid debit cards cannot be accepted. This authorization will drop off after 7-10 business days, or longer depending on your financial institution.
 

We only allow service animals at this time. 

You must be at least 21 years old to check-in. 

Smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, e-cigs, vapes, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited on-site and in all guest rooms at The Exeter Inn. We are dedicated to offering a completely smoke-free environment throughout our hotel, ensuring a fresh and comfortable experience for all our guests. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking on the property.

Upon request, we can deliver a mini fridge to your room for a daily charge of $15 plus tax, per night unless the refrigerator is necessary for storing medical items.
Our Suites are equipped with a mini fridge.

For safety reasons in compliance with fire codes, we regret to inform you that we do not provide cots onsite. However, we do offer guest rooms equipped with two beds, as well as some rooms featuring pull-out couches for additional sleeping arrangements. Please feel free to inquire with our staff about the options available during your stay.

A daily fee of $15 per person is applicable for each guest beyond the first two occupants in the room. No charge for children 13 and under.
