To set the deadbolt on your door and ensure complete privacy simply lift the handle up and you will feel the lock being engaged.
Each clock radio is equipped with an auxiliary MP3 cord. Press the MP3 button on the front of the clock radio and plug the cord on the back of the clock radio into your device’s earphone jack.
We tried to find the easiest to understand alarm clock out there. To set the alarm, just follow the directions on top. The power button turns the radio on and the dial on the right adjusts the volume. The arrow buttons on top will change the station. In addition the snooze button on top will also adjust the brightness of the display. If you want to listen to your MP3 - just plug in the cord on the back and press the MP3 button on the front.
Smoking is prohibited in all interior spaces and within 25 feet of any entrance. Smoking is permitted outside, 25 feet or more away from any entrance as long as it does not interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the property. Please use the provided receptacles to dispose of smoking materials. Smoking in a guest room and all indoor public spaces is against the law in the State of New Hampshire. There is a significant room recovery fee of $200.00 for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
Turning on your TV: On your Comcast remote hit “ALL ON”.
If TV does not seem to be responding –
TV is on with no picture: What this mean is that the cable box and TV are not synced. Turn TV off by manually hitting the off button on the TV itself (The off button is the last button on side or bottom of TV). Now press “ALL ON”, on your Comcast remote.
TV is on with static showing: Go to TV and press “INPUT” button on side of TV. Keep pressing “INPUT” until the menu on TV is on HDM1.

Each guest room has individual climate control, which can be controlled with the wall thermostat. For best results set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature between 68-72 degrees. Contact guest services if you need assistance operating the thermostat.
Emergency exits are clearly marked; please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the emergency exit closest to your room. In the event of a fire alarm, please take your room key and exit the hotel room, closing the door tightly behind you. Walk to the nearest emergency exit, and where appropriate follow the stairs down and exit the building. Guests should conjugate at the front of the hotel on the corner of Pine Street and Front Street until a hotel representative gives the ‘all clear’.
Never assume an alarm is a false alarm.
The inn uses electronic keys. The doors are always locked. When inside the room take advantage of additional security feature:
· Deadbolt. To set the deadbolt on your door simply lift the handle up and you will feel the lock being engaged. To release pull the handle in the down position.
· Security chain feature
A limited number of safe deposit boxes are available to secure valuables. Contact guest services for assistance.
Cordless Phones instructions (select rooms): To dial a number on your cordless phone press the “On” button in the upper left corner then dial. To hang up, press “Off”. You can also use the base unit as a speakerphone simply by pushing the “SPKR” button at the lower right. Local and toll free numbers are complimentary. Voicemail: If the message light is blinking red on your phones base set, this means that there is a pending message. To access your room’s voicemail, press the speaker button on the base set then the message envelope button, then follow the voice prompts.
Available 24 hours, 7 days a week, the Business Center is located on the first floor just past the front desk. You will be able to access the internet and print, scan or make copies. Your room key will provide access if the door is closed.
Available 24 hours, daily. The Exercise Room is located on the lower level - press LL in the elevator. We offer a state of the art Treadmill, Reclining Bicycle and free weights. A flat panel TV is available for viewing and complimentary water and towels are provided. Your room key will provide access if the door is closed.
Ice and Ice Buckets
Ice and ice buckets are located in the alcove next to room 225 on the second floor.
Complimentary coffee and tea service are available in the hotel lobby from 6:00am to Noon daily. Afternoon refreshments are served from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.

Snacks and Drinks
Our Convenience Center, a selection of snacks, soda, and bottled water is located on the first floor in the Business Center. These items can be charged to a guest room or pay with cash at the front desk.
The hotel provides nightly turndown service evenings by 8:30pm. Display your privacy sign if you do not wish to receive turndown service.
High speed wireless internet access is complimentary throughout the entire hotel. Turn on your laptop and open your browser to connect for service.
